What to Expect from Body Coaching Sessions: Body coaching is a unique blend of life coaching and nutritional support, designed to help you create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. In our sessions, we’ll begin by identifying your personal goals—whether they relate to your health, weight, mindset or daily habits—and break them down into small, achievable steps each week. I’ll guide you through key nutrition topics to help you develop a deeper understanding of diet and how it impacts your overall well-being. We’ll also explore and address anything that may be holding you back, such as stress, anxiety, fear, relationship challenges, hormonal imbalances or simply feeling stuck. Using proven life coaching techniques, I’ll support you in working through these obstacles and provide practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Accountability is an important part of the process. You’ll share photos of your meals, updates on your physical activity and some of your journal entries with me. You’re also welcome to reach out via WhatsApp anytime if you have questions or need support.
