I am the mobility coach and founder of EvnMe (formerly known as Vidafit)—a wellness movement born from the belief that true health begins within.

Many of us struggle just to feel okay amid the pressures of daily life. I’ve come to realize that wellness isn’t just about training programs, diet plans, or chasing the perfect body. It’s about meeting a deeper emotional need: the need to truly Feel Better.

Every meaningful transformation begins with inner work: nurturing our emotions, expanding our knowledge, restoring balance to our gut and nervous system, strengthening our inner resolve, and developing a resilient, empowered mindset.

My heart is especially drawn to children. South Africa has many orphans, but also incredible organizations like Door of Hope and The Children, Their Faces, who open their doors to little ones in need. Supporting them is part of our mission—we raise awareness and contribute however we can.
